Since 1862 the Erster Kieler Ruder Club exist. The old gentlemen keep young with nearly daily exercise. For the AOK Nordwest magazine bleibgesund I get into the morning routine with Uwe Johannsen and his team. By the way, he is the oldest active member. I've never seen such a youthful and fit 80+ years old man! Reportage:
